Initial Service

On our first visit, we will identify any potential problem areas where pests may access your home. Then, we will treat the interior and exterior of your home to eliminate existing pests and create a barrier to prevent additional pests from gaining access.

Regularly Scheduled Treatments

A one-time treatment is often just a band-aid for a pest issue that will flare up again in the future if service is not maintained. Regular treatment is needed to break up the egg cycles of pests and maintain a preventive barrier around the home.  The chemistry of most pest control products causes them to break down within 90 days, leaving your home unprotected. Action performs quarterly services to ensure that your home is protected from pests during each season.

What if I find pests before my next scheduled services?

Sometimes you may experience pest activity in between regular services. Maybe you bring in some new mulch for the flowerbeds that has some ants in it or your pet picks up some fleas at the park. Not a problem. We have a free re-service guarantee. If you need treatment between the regularly scheduled visits, we come back free of charge. We don’t want to give pests the opportunity to build up their populations before your next quarterly treatment.
